Humidor

Finally, here's my very first humidor.  Is made out of african mahogany.  The box is lined with genuine spanish cedar that I posted that I worked with and posted in a previous blog.

This box measures 12" wide by 9" deep and 4 1/2" tall.  Approximately 400 cubic inches that would allow 50 to 75 smokes to rest.

It has a hand rubbed finish that turned out great. It has solid brass hardware and quadrant hinges. Xikar provides the accurate readings on humidity and I am using The Puck to wet the box. The great thing about that humidification is that it lasts forever. There are small beads inside that take on water and release water to the air.

I will post another humidor next week.
