Updated chair prototype

Here is my update chair prototype. I made the rear a little more round and decreased the top cross member from 20" to 16". I think it looks much better.

I made pieces to use as a guide for my shaper so the legs will be uniform.

I am getting excited about next week. I am taking a week of vacation to build a couple of these chairs in walnut.
