Rough cut wood

Took some boards that I had cut from a log last year all the way from rough-cut to final dimension. Some very beautiful Walnut. These are the same boards that I posted last spring that came from a log from my folks property.

It was pretty cool to be able to use my bandsaw, jointer and my thickness planer all in one afternoon.

The dimensions are roughly 6' x 6" and three-quarter inch thick.

I'm working on a couple floor lamps that will go in the bedroom. I better be getting back at it!
